Principal Paul McQuiston worked as a staff appraiser until founding Alpine Appraisal Group in 2009 after seeing a need for a higher level of service in the real estate appraisal market. A proud University of Washington alum, Paul was also born and raised in Seattle, bringing a deep understanding of the local market to his work.

With a solid academic background and a commitment to excellence, Paul specializes in providing accurate and comprehensive appraisals for various property types. With over 20 years of appraisal experience Paul’s meticulous attention to detail paired with a greater understanding of the real estate process has made him a sought-after professional in the industry.

In his free time Paul enjoys coaching his daughters soccer team and cheering for his son’s baseball teams. A strong love of the Alpine you can also find Paul hiking and skiing in the PNW mountains with his family on the weekends.  

Devin McQuiston, a seasoned staff appraiser, brings over a decade of expertise to the field of home appraisal, specializing in the vibrant real estate landscape of the greater King County area. Since 2014, Devin has been an integral part of Alpine Appraisal Group, working alongside his brother, Paul McQuiston.

A distinguished alum of Seattle University, Devin’s roots run deep in the dynamic city where he was born and raised. His journey as a professional appraiser has been shaped by a firsthand understanding of Seattle’s evolving metropolis, contributing to his knowledge of the local real estate market.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Devin finds joy in family life. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters, and in his leisure time, Devin delights in playing soccer with his children and embarking on exciting excursions to the enchanting local islands. His commitment to excellence, combined with a passion for both his work and personal pursuits, sets Devin apart as a dedicated and well-rounded staff appraiser.
